Tasks and duties:

  • Manages the timely, effective and efficient implementation of community resilience projects
  • Manages project budgets and prepare financial and narrative reports to donors
  • Technical lead and quality assurance on project deliverables
  • Development of concept notes, project proposals and budgets for new projects
  • Research tasks and knowledge management activities

Background and experience:

  • Cross-disciplinary academic background in Public Health and Conflict & Development studies with a focus on East and central Africa
  • Strong skills in project management, including proposal development, monitoring and evaluation, financial management and reporting to donors
  • Work experience from the humanitarian sector, including from a field-based position in South Sudan.
