Tasks and duties:

  • Coordination and project management with focus on administration, reporting to donors and other partners
  • Management and administration of the PS Academy
  • Coordination of study visits and guests from abroad including visa applications
  • Coordination, support and administration of international meetings
  • PA to the Head of Centre
  • Daily ad-hoc support and administration

Background and experience:
Mette has worked as a PA and project coordinator at a large university for nine years. She has gained a lot of experience with managing large international projects, grant and contract writing, as well as project reporting, coordinating large events, PhD administration and HR.
She has an Academy Profession degree within communications and project management
