After any crisis it is natural that sleep is disturbed and if sleep problems persist for a long time, the risk of mental health problems increases. The pandemic has been challenging for many during their daily and nocturnal lives! Sleep is clearly linked to mental health and well-being. The webinar on sleep will cover key aspects of sleep to help you sleep better. Topics are: why we sleep, the architecture of sleep, and widespread myths about sleep.
During the webinar, participants will discuss how and what hinders their sleep and discuss various tips on how to improve sleep. Make sure to have a paper and pen available to the interactive webinar and keep the camera on if possible!
