Team-level support is a vital component of a staff and volunteer care system. This guidance note is written to better help team leaders support their staff and volunteer teams to improve efficiency, prevent burnout, and decrease turnover.
The EU4Health programme is launching a new guidance note, designed for Red Cross and Red Crescent staff and volunteers to support in establishing strong, effective care systems. The webinar will be facilitated by four PS Centre MHPSS Technical Advisors Ganna Goloktionova, Guleed Dualeh, Arz Stephan and Joshua Lee – and it will additionally provide a space for MHPSS practitioners to discuss- and learn how to maximize the benefits of the guide.
The webinar is for National Society staff and volunteers, team leaders, EU4Health project managers, and anyone interested in enhancing staff and volunteer care systems.
