As a manager or leader in the RCRC Movement, you play a crucial role in supporting your team’s mental health. That’s why we’ve created this Toolbox to provide you with practical solutions to prevent mental illness and support mental health in the workplace.

The Toolbox is organized according to the IGLOO framework, with resources tailored to each of the five levels.
