Webinar: Integrated Model for Supervision (IMS)
Consistent, supportive supervision is integral to safe and effective mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) programming and essential to the well-being of all MHPSS service providers, regardless of rank or level of expertise. The PS Centre has therefore developed the Integrated Model of Supervision (IMS), a collection of guidance and tools to support organisations operating in humanitarian emergencies to integrate supportive supervision to promote the emotional well-being and skill development of staff and volunteers engaged in MHPSS activities.
The IMS project as well as its resources will be presented during an online webinar on Thursday, 19 October 2023 between 15.30 and 16.30 CET. Everyone interested is invited to attend the webinar.
