The 2024 Strategic Operational Framework (SOF) outlines the priorities of the IFRC PS Centre. The SOF guides our global work to assist the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement to scale up and strengthen the quality of MHPSS across the globe.
On 1 January 2025, the IFRC Psychosocial Centre is transforming into The Red Cross Red Crescent Movement MHPSS Hub. This transformation builds on the Reference Centre’s 30 years of experience, the expertise of the ICRC, and the contributions of National Societies working on MHPSS.
In January 2025, a new governing Steering Committee representing all RCRC regions will be established, and the development of a strategic framework for the Movement Hub will begin.
In the interim period the Movement Hub will continue its work under the current Strategic Operational Framework (SOF) of the IFRC PS Centre.
