The Red Cross Red Crescent Movement MHPSS Hub (MHPSS Hub) strategy is based on the broadened mandate, and scope of responsibilities, established when the former IFRC Reference Centre for Psychosocial Support (IFRC PS Centre) transitioned into the MHPSS Hub on 1 January 2025, in a tripartite partnership agreement between the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the International Federation of Red Cross Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the Danish Red Cross (DRC). It outlines the challenges, the vision, the objectives, the outcomes, the strategic initiatives and enablers of the MHPSS Hub 2026-2030.
