The staff and volunteers are not as concerned about the increase in workload as the daily disruptions to their lives, for example the air raid sirens that go off multiple times during the day, the restrict movement – you then have to sit in a shelter or isolate yourself in the office – and then you can’t move, which also means you can’t pick your children up or you can’t go home. Sometimes you are stuck in the shelter for half an hour, or you could be stuck in the shelter for six hours.
